Who you are dealing with

This website is published by Appsierra Group, the holding company for three operating businesses — Appsierra (digital engineering), Gigde (growth) and Pitch N Hire (hiring infrastructure) — and for the thirteen SaaS products those businesses build and run. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Each operating company contracts in its own name. Nothing on this site makes Appsierra Group a party to an agreement you sign with one of them, and nothing makes one company liable for another's obligations.

The site is information, not an offer

Everything here — service descriptions, product summaries, engagement models, timelines and figures — is published to help you decide whether to start a conversation. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver on any particular terms.

Work begins only under a signed agreement: a master services agreement and a statement of work, an order form for a product subscription, or a written engagement letter. Where a signed agreement exists, it governs, and it overrides anything said on this site. If the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Figures, metrics and case studies

The numbers published on this site — client outcomes, delivery timelines, headcount, ratings and volumes — are accurate as at the date they were published and describe specific engagements under specific conditions. They are evidence of what has happened, not a prediction of what will happen for you.

Client engagements are published only with that client's approval, and the detail is limited to what they agreed to make public. Where a client asked us not to name them, we describe the work without the name rather than inventing one.

We give no warranty that any result described here will be reproduced in your environment, and no statement on this site should be read as a guarantee of a commercial, ranking, hiring or engineering outcome.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design system, code, graphics and structure of this site belong to Appsierra Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, mirror it, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.

Client names and marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear to identify engagements we have delivered. Their appearance is not an endorsement of any third party by them, and it does not transfer any right in those marks to you.

What we build for a client under a signed agreement belongs to that client on the terms of that agreement. Nothing on this page changes those terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or attempts to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, do not attempt to circumvent its security, and do not submit anything through the brief form that is unlawful, defamatory or malicious.

We may suspend access from any source that does these things, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authority.

Following a link takes you to that site's own terms and privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of a site we do not operate.

Availability and liability

We work to keep this site available and correct, but it is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of anything harmful, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Appsierra Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability arising from a commercial engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page records when they last did; this version was published on 4 September 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These website terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of India, where the group's delivery operation is established, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you have in the country where you live, and it does not displace the governing-law clause of a signed commercial agreement.
